Aglio + Olio

Garlic, extra virgin olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt + pepper.  So basic, but delicious.  

It can also be the start of something creative! 

Begin with A+O and add some protein (chicken, sausage, shrimp) then layer with some veggies (asparagus, spinach, zucchini, tomotoes), finish with some flavor (basil, parm, pecorino, pepper flakes, lemon)

Also great as a dressing starter or toss with veggies or potatoes and roast them!  

Directions:  Heat the garlic olive oil mixtures and toss your fresh pasta in until the flavors absorb into the pasta.  Top with grated parm.
