Dried Pasta + gift sets

This dried pasta is made with organic durum wheat flour from Central Milling in Petaluma, CA.  Only 2 ingredients:  organic flour + water.  It's mixed in a stainless steal chamber and extruded through solid bronze dies which creates scratches on the pasta allowing it to absorb sauces well.  

The pasta is made in small batches and slowly air dried allowing it to retain it's nutrients and digest more easily.
